Guhan NextGen Academy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Guhan NextGen Academy handles information when you use our government-exam practice website.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and basic profile information made available by Google. You may also choose to provide a mobile number, district and target exam. We store practice activity such as completed tests, scores, answers and daily-leaderboard results.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To save your profile, test history and progress.
- To display daily-test rankings and provide the practice service.
- To maintain, troubleshoot and protect the website.
Service providers
We use Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and application data, and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep account and practice data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review and update profile details in the website. You can revoke Google sign-in access in your Google Account. To request access, correction or deletion of account data, contact us at guhannextgenacademy@gmail.com.
Children and educational use
The service is an exam-practice platform. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for a learner to use an online service, that consent must be obtained before creating an account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
